Established in the mid 1920's in France,  "Cafés Saphil"  is a family business dedicated to service,  professionalism and producing only the finest quality coffee.   We have specialised in roasting for many years,  as well as training our customers to insure the quality and reputation of our brand !

Bertrand Pommier, 4th generation coffee roaster, immigrated in Australia around 10 years ago, and hasbeen working with different coffee roasting company like "Bliss Coffee" or the "Byron Bay Coffee Company", being the Roaster, trainer....

Bertrand has just recently set up his own little business in the beautiful town of Byron Bay..  He has been around that area for more than 7 years, and decided to bring his coffee experience to the people.. A lot of people he knows, that do not work in town do not have the luxury to get a good coffee at work..

So, he thought he might set up a mobile coffee van so that all those people can enjoy a nice coffee while beeing at work !!     

       Bertrand also offers "Barista training" in the Byron Bay area. You want to get a job as a Barista, or improve your coffee skills, or even just master the Art of making a great coffee on your home espresso machine..
 
       We can also provide a Barista for a private functions, or event,  to work on your coffee machine. 

       We can also provide a full service, that includes the Barista, and all the equipment, to set up in a private place, or as a mobile van for outdoor services.
